Gives PyBlosxom tagging support like in Wordpress and del.icio.us.

2007-12-08 note: Verified by CanadaBear as part of the GHOP that version 200510242045 TCF works with PyBlosxom 1.4.2. CanadaBear updated the plugin and the patch was sent upstream.
